Job Title: Area Business Partners
Ref: HR-ABP-01-2013
The Area Business Partners will work with the sales team to ensure that the team meets set sales and distribution targets.
Key responsibilities
Organizing and driving the circulation operations
Maximize on opportunities for copy sales
Delivering new opportunities through vendors and distributors
Efficient management of the value chain
Managing and coordinating the sales and distribution assistants
Ability to work anywhere in Kenya as dictated by the business requirements
Ability to work odd hours
Ability to build a good business relationships with various simple and sophisticated business partners within the value chain
Managing Returns /unsold within acceptable levels
Qualifications, Experience & skills
Bachelor’s degree in business management;
At least 2 years’ experience in FMCG environment;
Analytical, self -driven and love to be measured on performance
Demonstrable passion for sales and marketing
