• A key member of TMEA’s Senior Leadership Team , the senior director , start will provide leadership and expertise in the analysis , communication and monitoring of TMEA’s results and on-going strategy.
• She will oversee the development of results forecasting , monitoring ,results analysis , knowledge management ,research , communications and value for money strategies.
• The ideal candidate will possess an advanced degree in Development Studies , Economics , Trade or a relevant discipline and a minimum of ten years management experience in managing business units or development programs .
